About the Event
Serve Receive Foundation's first clinic brought together youth athletes for a day of high-level training, mentorship, and mindset development — setting the foundation for what SRF is building across Hawai‘i.
This inaugural clinic marked the beginning of SRF's mission to expand access to volleyball for youth athletes in Hawai‘i. Athletes trained with experienced volleyball coaches while also gaining exposure to mental performance and mindset development — an element often missing at the youth level.
The clinic featured a powerful combination of physical training and mental coaching. Aunty Leina‘ala shared insights on mindset and resilience, while Kanda from Korevibration introduced tools to help athletes strengthen their mental approach to the game. On the court, athletes worked closely with respected volleyball coaches Duke Robins and Nate Kaneshiro, building fundamentals, confidence, and a deeper understanding of the game. More than just a training session, the clinic created an environment where athletes felt supported, inspired, and part of something bigger.
