SRF Agility Clinic

with Rise Soccer Training Hawaii

Mar 14, 2026 · Volley Hawaii — Honolulu, HI · 100% Free

About the Event

SRF's first agility-focused clinic, hosted in collaboration with Rise Soccer Training Hawaii, introduced athletes to high-level movement training designed to improve speed, coordination, and overall performance.

This clinic marked SRF's first dedicated agility training session, expanding beyond traditional volleyball instruction to focus on athletic performance and movement. Originally planned outdoors, the clinic moved to Volley Hawaii's indoor facility due to a storm — and the energy inside was electric.

Hosted by Rise Soccer Training Hawaii, athletes were introduced to specialized drills and techniques used to develop speed, footwork, and coordination — critical components for success on the volleyball court. By bringing in cross-sport expertise, SRF continues to broaden access to training that is typically only available at elite levels. Athletes were challenged physically while building confidence in their movement and overall athletic ability. The clinic also reinforced SRF's commitment to exposing young athletes to new training environments and opportunities, all at no cost.
